The luxurious and romantic apartment in the chalet-style is located in the small historic annex of the property, where 80 years ago the renowned pianist and composer Giovanni Anfossi, well known at that time in Piedmont, created his piano compositions and taught piano students from all over the province of Verbania and Milan. The beautiful historic and antik small stone house, which is located in the property in 80 meters distance from the main house, was extensively renovated over the course of a whole year and was only completed in the summer of 2023. It offers every imaginable modern comfort for a dream stay. At the entrance, guests are welcomed by a cloakroom with antique wood and a large wall mirror. Directly next to it is a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, the walls are covered with antique wood and marble “Rainforest”. The corner kitchen made of fine antique wood is equipped with high-quality appliances in which nothing is missing: refrigerator, oven with microwave, induction hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking utensils. There is a small raised bar table at the end of the kitchenette with two leather bar chairs where you the guests can enjoy their meal.

The small open living area offers a comfortable (sleeping) sofa, which is covered with elegant fabric from the luxury brand Etro, there is also a matching large pouf that turns the sofa into a sofa lounger on which you can comfortably watch TV or enjoy the designer's crackling wood fire place in a romantic atmosphere. There is a large flat screen TV on the wall, which can be lowered to eye level using a remote control. There is also a speaker with Bluetooth and a well-functioning WiFi from Eolo. The high ceiling and slopes are covered in antique wood and have wooden beams, there is also a large Velux window up there that bathes the room in radiant brightness in the summer months.

On the small balcony, equipped with two chairs and a small side table, you can marvel the beautiful natural spectacle that awaits you every day and enjoy the fantastic view of the lake, the century-old trees and the surrounding mountains.

The bedroom with a double bed is located in the upper gallery area, which can be reached by a wooden ladder (Important: The apartment is not suitable as accommodation for people with physical limitations as well not for children under 14 years due to safety reasons).

The main structure, an ancient stone house also known in Piedmont as "Alpe Tina", is immersed in a large enchanting garden that offers dreamlike nature with a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and the Swiss Alps, surrounded by centuries-old trees, roses, camellias, hydrangeas and a small stream with a pure water source from the mountain. The spouses/friends couple (maximum 4 people from the same family unit or group of friends) are always the only guests in the property during the period of their booking to offer them maximum privacy and a relaxing environment undisturbed by other guests. Consequently, all the services, spaces and equipment both in the Wellness area and in the garden are always at your full disposal.

We offer you exclusive access (and at no additional cost) to the large and luxurious 110m2 Wellness area located in the basement of the main structure, which is accessible from 4pm to 8pm. It is equipped with a Finnish Sauna with a designer sphere that heats it, a modern Turkish bath, a wooden reaction tub, two Gessi emotional showers with waterfall, nebulization and chromotherapy, a fitness area with high quality equipment, including a rowing machine from the famous American brand Waterrower (the same rowing machine seen in the “House of Cards” series), the Power Tower PT80 from Tunturi, the elliptical exercise bike and the weight bench from Technogym, the High Tech Premium massage chair from the “ Bodyfriend” with 24 body massage programs and 12 “brain and soul massage” programs (the so-called brain and soul massage uses binaural beats embedded in “healing music” to improve cognitive performance. Next to the Indoor Wellness area there is the Outdoor “Lounge & Spa-Jacuzzi” area, always with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. This area is bordered with a wall covered with old stones and offers several small terraces with wooden decking. You can relax in this area on the sun loungers, on the two hanging armchairs, on the garden lounge in the "Lounge" area. Furthermore, from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm you have the opportunity to use the luxurious and large Spa-Jacuzzi Elite Series "Dove Canyon" there from the famous American brand "Artesian" for a rate of 20 euros per person per night. Hydrotherapy is an ancient healing and anti-stress remedy based on the following principles: heat, buoyancy, hydrostatic pressure (pressure of the water on the vessels) and hydrodynamic pressure - the actual massage of the water through the jets. For a perfect effect, both control and the correct spraying and type of nozzle are essential.
