The Chalet-Suite (26 sqm) is located in the attic of the main building and has a double bed, an antique desk and a living area with a large vintage sofa and armchair and ottoman from ROCHE BOBOIS, a wardrobe, a small TV and a portable speaker Bose with Bluetooth connection, 3 large Velux windows with breathtaking views over Lake Maggiore and the mountains, air conditioning and Starlink internet. The walls and ceiling are covered with old wood and larch parquet, creating a rustic and welcoming atmosphere that gives guests the warmth of a romantic nest. The bathroom which is exclusively used by our guests of the Chalet-Suite, is covered in aged wood and black volcanic basalt stone located in the floor next to the suite and is equipped with a shower, a petrified wood sink, a toilet and a bidet.

As our guests, you have exclusive and free access to the large and luxurious 110 m² indoor wellness area in the basement of the main building, which is accessible from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; equipped with a Finnish sauna heated with a designer lava stone ball, a modern steam room, a wooden reaction tub, two GESSI experience showers with waterfall, misting and chromotherapy, a fitness area with high-quality equipment, including a rowing machine from the famous American brand Waterrower brand (the same rowing machine as in the Netflix series “House of Cards”), the Power Tower PT80 from Tunturi, the elliptical trainer and weight bench from Technogym, the high-tech premium massage chair from “Bodyfriend” with 24 body massage programs and 12 Brain and soul massage programs (so-called “brain and soul massage” uses binaural beats embedded in “healing music” to improve cognitive performance. In addition, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. you have the opportunity to use the luxurious and large Elite Series “Dove Canyon” Spa-Jacuzzi from the well-known American brand “Artesian” at a price of 20 euros per person per day. Hydrotherapy is an ancient healing and anti-stress remedy based on the following principles: heat, buoyancy, hydrostatic pressure (pressure of water on the vessels) and hydrodynamic pressure – the actual massage of the water through the jets. For a perfect effect, both control and the correct spray and nozzle type are essential. All parts of the body are optimally and gently cared for in this whirlpool: foot reflexes, upper and lower legs, neck and shoulders, back and lower back or even the palms of the hands. During your entire stay you receive from us complementary natural water from our mountain spring,  a fruit basket and cookies await you  as a welcome gift in your Chalet-Suite. For breakfast you can choose between  a continental or "Italian" breakfast with croissants, biscuits etc., or our popular "power protein vitamin toast" with fried egg, cherry tomatoes, ham and mozzarella or, brand new, a special and delicious breakfast dish, named “Poached Surprise Egg” with cherry tomatoes, basil, herbs, mozzarella and ham, all cooked in a special “porcelain egg” with a closed lid and served decorated with salad. For all breakfast types we serve additional yogurt, a dessert, fruit juice, milk, coffee, espresso or tea.

The luxurious and romantic apartment in the chalet-style is located in the small historic annex of the property, where 80 years ago the renowned pianist and composer Giovanni Anfossi, well known at that time in Piedmont, created his piano compositions and taught piano students from all over the province of Verbania and Milan. The beautiful historic and antik small stone house, which is located in the property in 80 meters distance from the main house, was extensively renovated over the course of a whole year and was only completed in the summer of 2023. It offers every imaginable modern comfort for a dream stay. At the entrance, guests are welcomed by a cloakroom with antique wood and a large wall mirror. Directly next to it is a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, the walls are covered with antique wood and marble “Rainforest”. The corner kitchen made of fine antique wood is equipped with high-quality appliances in which nothing is missing: refrigerator, oven with microwave, induction hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking utensils. There is a small raised bar table at the end of the kitchenette with two leather bar chairs where you the guests can enjoy their meal.

The small open living area offers a comfortable (sleeping) sofa, which is covered with elegant fabric from the luxury brand Etro, there is also a matching large pouf that turns the sofa into a sofa lounger on which you can comfortably watch TV or enjoy the designer's crackling wood fire place in a romantic atmosphere. There is a large flat screen TV on the wall, which can be lowered to eye level using a remote control. There is also a speaker with Bluetooth and a well-functioning WiFi from Eolo. The high ceiling and slopes are covered in antique wood and have wooden beams, there is also a large Velux window up there that bathes the room in radiant brightness in the summer months.

On the small balcony, equipped with two chairs and a small side table, you can marvel the beautiful natural spectacle that awaits you every day and enjoy the fantastic view of the lake, the century-old trees and the surrounding mountains.

The bedroom with a double bed is located in the upper gallery area, which can be reached by a wooden ladder (Important: The apartment is not suitable as accommodation for people with physical limitations as well not for children under 14 years due to safety reasons).

The main structure, an ancient stone house also known in Piedmont as "Alpe Tina", is immersed in a large enchanting garden that offers dreamlike nature with a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and the Swiss Alps, surrounded by centuries-old trees, roses, camellias, hydrangeas and a small stream with a pure water source from the mountain. The spouses/friends couple (maximum 4 people from the same family unit or group of friends) are always the only guests in the property during the period of their booking to offer them maximum privacy and a relaxing environment undisturbed by other guests.
